The Business Development Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of the company's growth. This position involves creating and implementing strategic plans to increase company revenue and maximize efficiency. You will collaborate with the management team to evaluate new market opportunities and drive business expansion.

Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration

Work with the management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies for pursuing new business avenues, including retail expansion and training solutions.


Supplier Outreach

Establish and maintain contact with potential suppliers and collaborators to explore partnerships that enhance our product offerings and operational efficiency.


Market Analysis

Conduct specialized market research to identify new business opportunities, focusing on the retail sector and training services.


Financial Analysis

Analyze financial data and trends to formulate effective strategies designed to minimize costs and maximize profits, particularly in the retail and training sectors.


Sales Support

Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of sales efforts and anticipate customer needs. Also, provide support to sales teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably with a background in retail or human resources
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines
