We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Junior Community Manager to be a part of our esteemed team. The candidate will monitor and manage the social media accounts of the brands under our care, ensuring timely and professional interactions with our community members. Responsibilities include overseeing social media accounts, collaborating with influencers to produce user-generated content, diving deep into analytics to uncover trends, and creating detailed reports on website and social media performance.

Responsibilities

Social Media Monitoring

Regularly monitor and oversee various social media accounts of the brands managed by the company. Ensure that all posts, comments, and messages are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Community Management

Proactively respond to concerns, queries, and posts of fans on the community pages. Ensure that all interactions promote a positive brand image and foster community growth.


Influencer Activation

Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate user-created content. Coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.


Data Analysis

Dive deep into data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and other dashboards to uncover trends, insights, and areas of improvement.


Reporting

Create comprehensive analytics reports detailing the performance of websites and social media accounts. Highlight key metrics, growth areas, and recommendations for future strategies.


Collaboration

Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative concepts and ideas


Quality Management

Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to the client's branding guidelines


Attendance

Attend company gatherings in Metro Manila once a month (expenses covered by the company)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines
