We are seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Content Creator to join the team. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting multimedia that informs and inspires audiences on behalf of our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital storytelling, contributing to various social media platforms and playing a vital role in our content strategy.

Responsibilities

Short-form Content Creation

Create and edit engaging user-generated style videos and short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and any other platforms that require content on mobile devices. You should be comfortable appearing on camera for our clients, showcasing a friendly and professional on-screen presence.

Influencer Management

Conduct research to identify potential influencers who can create valuable user-generated content (UGC) for our clients. Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and logistics of influencer outreach, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor influencer content to gather data for reporting purposes, and identify opportunities where influencers can further amplify campaign results, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.

Shoot Planning

Assist in the planning, writing, coordination, and execution of video shoots, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives.

Collaboration

Collaborating with the community manager and other team members to further optimize campaigns.

Attendance

Attend company gatherings in Metro Manila once a month (expenses covered by the company).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in content creation or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • A proactive approach and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Applicant must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
