We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex projects and fostering strong client relationships.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include overseeing timelines, coordinating teams, maintaining high-quality client service, and occasionally assisting with content creation. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and problem-solve will be essential in driving projects to successful completion while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Client Coordination

Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, communicate project timelines, and ensure their requirements are met. This involves regular meetings, managing expectations, and acting as the primary point of contact for all client communications.

Project Oversight

Oversee project timelines by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively. Ensure projects are on track, identify potential issues, and make adjustments to meet objectives.

Report Creation

Create comprehensive project reports and updates for both internal teams and clients. This includes tracking progress, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Campaign Planning and Execution

Assist in the planning and execution of content campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Coordinate with different departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign rollout.

Attendance

Attend company gatherings and client meetings in-person, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years  of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Applicant must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary applicants who show immense promise.
